The 2GO company has an app you can put on your phone. It is very nice if you send boxes all the time. But if you only have one box coming to your door, you do not need the app at all. You can just open the internet on your mobile phone and use our page. It is super fast and saves space on your phone.
Sometimes computers break down, or your house's internet drops. If you cannot track your box online, you have other good choices to find it.
Call the main hotline on your phone so the friendly desk worker can check their computer for you.
Send a fast email to the help center and ask them to find your lost box.
Visit the 2GO shop in your town and let the worker see your paper ticket.
Sending mail in the Philippines takes different amounts of time. The country has many islands, so moving boxes can take a few days. Small letters travel fast on airplanes. A heavy box takes more days because it must travel on a slow ferry boat. Workers put the boxes on big boats to cross the sea. The local driver will bring the box straight to your door when it arrives in your city.
When you look up your code, you will read short notes. Here is a simple guide to tell you what they mean.
Shipment Received: The worker took your box from the sender.
In Transit: Your package is riding on a boat or a truck to a new island today.
Arrived at Hub: The workers are putting your box in the correct pile in the big building.
Out for Delivery: The driver put your package in his car to bring to you this morning.
Delivered: The worker handed the box to you safely.
Most boxes get a special code so they do not get lost. The code for 2GO usually has letters and numbers. Sometimes it starts with the letters 2G and has many numbers after it. Sometimes it is just nine plain numbers. You can find it printed on the top corner of your shipping paper.

Sometimes a package is very late. Here are a few normal reasons why.
Very bad rain and wind can stop the boats from crossing the sea to your island.
A wrong street name makes it very hard for the delivery driver to find your exact house.
Sorting mistakes happen when the workers put your box on the wrong boat.
If your package is gone for a long time, talking to a real worker is the best way to get it back.
