Sending big cargo boxes takes different amounts of time. Small boxes travel very fast on an airplane. A huge, heavy box takes more days because it must travel on a slow cargo ship across the ocean. When the box arrives in your country, the border police must look inside it first to make sure it is safe. Then, the local truck driver brings it to your front door.
When you look up your secret code, you will see a few short words. Here is what they are trying to tell you.
Order Received: The worker took your cargo box from the sender.
In Transit: Your package is riding in a truck or boat to a new city today.
Customs Check: The border workers are checking the papers on your box.
Out for Delivery: The delivery driver put your box in his car this morning.
Delivered: Your box is finally safe at your home.
Most boxes get a special code so they never get lost. The code for A Tiempo Cargo can look different every time. Sometimes it is a short word with numbers, or just a long line of plain numbers. You might see it called a reference number, a seal number, or a waybill code. You can find it printed on your email receipt or the shipping paper.

Sometimes cargo is very late. Here are a few normal reasons why.
Very bad ocean storms can stop the cargo boats from moving fast.
A bad address makes it very hard for the delivery driver to find your exact house.
Border checks can stop your box for many days if the workers have too much work.
If your package is gone for a long time, talking to a real worker is the best way to get it back.
